Who doesn't love chocolate right? Sometimes when we put ourselves on a diet we decide that all foods that have any sugar in them are bad. Well I am here to tell you that's wrong. The problem is when we eat to much of it. I love dark chocolate. I am one of those people who will eat to much chocolate if it's put in front of me. I think it's wrong to completely take sweets out of your home. Plus I love making sweets for people. So, what my husband and I have decided is that once a week we will have a treat. This works really well on sundays for our family. This way we are still getting our "chocolate fix" but not overindulging.
