I have been doing Jamie Easons Live Fit Trainer from bodybuilding.com for the last 12 weeks. Now my transformation may look small but it is huge inwardly. I was one of those girls that saw other girls with all the muscle and wished I could have muscles like them. I didn't know how to get those muscles and just chalked it up to the fact that I probably never would have them. With that said my muscles are still small in comparison, but for me they are the biggest muscles I have ever had in my upper body. I have come to love weight lifting and it has helped me in so many avenues of my life. It has given me more confidence, more stamina, made me a stronger singer, and that's just naming a few. I am more motivated to eat right and to continue my journey to a healthier, fitter me.
The big question is what am I going to do now that this is over. I will most likely start back at phase 2 and continue to do so until I find another program to do or when I feel this one isn't challenging me the way I would like it to anymore.
So here's my transformation. Some of you may be uncomfortable seeing a girl that's not trimmed and toned (yet) but I am proud of my body and what I have accomplished and I am not ashamed of my "tiger stripes" and "extra skin" any more. So if you don't like it don't look but if you want to be inspired here ya go.
