I love a good glass of lemonade. Only problem it's loaded with sugar. Not this one. Besides the natural sugars of lemon juice there are no added calories to this drink. This is sweetened with pure stevia powder.
Ingredients:
8 cups of cold water
5 lemons cut in half and juiced
1/4 tsp of pure stevia powder (or less if you like it more tart)
Whole Mango diced
1. Place 8 cups of cold water in a pitcher.
2. Add your lemon juice from your five lemons and 1/4 tsp. stevia powder
3. Mix well
4. In your food processor place about a cup of your lemonade and add your diced mango.
5. Process till small pieces or smooth.
6. Pour into lemonade and mix well
7. Allow to chill
Note: If you don't like chunks in your lemonade you can put your mango through your juicer and only get the juice from it. I didn't have time and I don't mind chunks.
