So You have had breakfast and been out doing stuff for the day or just being pampered. It's lunch time but you want something light because you just had an amazing breakfast and you know dinner will be amazing so you need something with some protein so you're not starving by dinner but still light.
This salad wrap is quick, easy, and soooooo delicious. Even your kids will like it.
Here's what you'll need:

1 can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed (men this is important)
1/2 cup celery chopped
2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
2 Tbs chopped onion
1 dill pickle chopped
1/4 toasted sunflower seeds (toast the sunflower seeds in the oven on a cookie sheet at 350 for about 10 minutes)
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 clove garlic minced
Salt and Pepper for taste
Whole Wheat tortillas (if you want to impress your wife even more with homemade tortillas heres a recipe from 100 Days of Real Food that is seen in the picture above.)
Take all the ingredients minus the whole wheat tortillas and place in a bowl
Mix together and slightly smash the garbanzo beans.
Then take the salad mixture put it in one of the whole wheat tortillas and tada you have made and amazing lunch for your family.
Men your wife will be giving you lots of kisses after this one.
