Mothers Day Dinner Baked Salmon with Pesto and Feta



This recipe is one of my absolute favorites. Since I was at my parents for Mothers Day this was my Saturday Mothers Day dinner. Sooooo Yummy. 
So heres the recipe:

6- 4 oz. skinless salmon fillets
3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
4 oz. pesto (want to make from scratch go here.)
4 oz. feta cheese crumbled
Sea Salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. 
Place Salmon fillets on a lightly oiled baking sheet. 
Drizzle filets with olive oil.
Sprinkle with sea salt.

Spread pesto over fillets.
Sprinkle feta crumbles over the top.


Bake 15 minutes.
