I love bread. Who doesn't love bread? I also hate buying bread. It is so expensive and it is gone in one meal when you have a family of 5. So the best thing to do is make your own. Now I have made many loaves of bread and I love every loaf I make because homemade bread is just so darn tasty!
This bread recipe however is the best recipe for sandwiches. It is nice and light (hence light in the name), and my kids love it.
This recipe makes one loaf. It is actually a recipe for my bread machine. However, I hate how my bread machine cooks my bread and the last inch of the bread is unusable because it has the paddle there. What I do is I have my bread machine mix it into a dough, I then place it in the bread pan and let it rise for about 30 minutes and then I put it in the oven on 350 for 30 minutes.
Here's the Recipe
